The production opened at the Oxford Playhouse on 23rd February, 2000, touring to Richmond and Brighton before opening at the Ambassadors Theatre in London's West End on 14th March. It transferred to the Duke of York's Theatre on June 29th, 2000.
First presented in a New York Broadway production by Lincoln Centre Theater at the Royale Theater on May 3rd, 1988.
